General conditions
First - The amount, previously agreed upon by both parties, is detailed in the booking confirmation. Once FEELSAMPA receives the payment of 20% of the total booking amount, it will send a temporary confirmation by email to the email address provided by the GUEST at the time of booking. The reservation guarantee will not be refunded after payment is made. The remaining 80% of the booking must be paid by the GUEST at the time of check-in at the apartment. Once the full booking amount is paid, FEELSAMPA will provide the client with the final booking confirmation along with the apartment keys.
Second - It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any travel date changes, changes in the number of occupants, or cancellations before the arrival date. Meanwhile, FEELSAMPA will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate the changes, but all requests are always subject to availability. Cancellations must remain free of charge up to 30 days before the GUEST’s arrival date. For bookings canceled between 29 to 1 day(s) before the arrival date, the cancellation penalty of each booking channel will apply.
Third - Before the apartment keys are handed over, the GUEST must: Pay the deposit amount indicated at the time of booking. The purpose of the deposit is to ensure the return of the apartment and its contents in the same condition as it was delivered. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after departure, provided that the apartment and its contents are in the same condition as at the time of delivery.
Fourth - The GUEST and all accompanying persons in the booking, as well as guests accessing the apartment, must pay attention to the following aspects: 1) Respect the rest hours of the building residents, which are between 10 PM and 8 AM. 2) Do not allow any type of party or gathering of people that exceeds the apartment’s occupancy limit. In case of complaints from neighbors regarding loud music, parties on the property, or if the police need to be called, FEELSAMPA has the right to ask the GUEST and the accompanying persons to leave the apartment immediately. In such a case, the GUEST will not be entitled to any refund of the booking amount.
Fifth - The GUEST must facilitate access to the apartment for FEELSAMPA during their stay, provided that FEELSAMPA has previously notified the GUEST and informed them of the urgent actions that need to be taken before the end of the booking, such as urgent repairs or issues mentioned by the GUEST inside the apartment.
Sixth - The GUEST is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents, as well as to the common areas of the building, whether caused by the GUEST, the accompanying persons in the booking, or any guest of the apartment. FEELSAMPA will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the GUEST’s belongings. The GUEST is solely responsible for their losses or damages. If the value of the damages or deficiencies in the apartment exceeds the deposit amount, FEELSAMPA has the express authorization of the GUEST to charge the necessary amount to cover the damages to the credit card specified by the client on the booking confirmation form. All bed linens and towels are the property of FEELSAMPA, and their loss incurs a cost of €20 per unit. These items are available for purchase upon request.
Seventh - Conditions of use of the apartment: 1) FEELSAMPA is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings. 2) FEELSAMPA is not responsible for the inactivity of the ADSL service if it is due to operator issues.
